No link on this site earns money today. The cost-estimate PDF and the email that delivers it carry no partner link and no promo offer. We expect to add one partner platform there later; when that happens, this page will name it, say that we may earn a commission if you open an account through the link, and confirm that your price does not change.
What a partner link will never touch
The calculator's platform figures are medians across 9 platforms and will not use any partner's tariff as the reference. The country ranking, the visa fees, the airfare and hotel averages come from the sources listed on the methodology page, none of which pay us. No page on this site is sponsored, and we do not accept payment for placement, reviews or rankings.
We do not rank platforms at all. If a platform's price list changes, the median changes; if a platform wants to appear here, the answer is no.
Why one partner and not a list
A list of ten platforms with ten affiliate links is how most pages on this topic earn, and it is why they never tell you the number. If we add a partner, it will be one, in the PDF and the email only, so the pages stay about the cost. You are free to use any platform, or none; the estimate is the same either way.
Your data and any partner
Your email address and your calculator settings are never passed to a platform, an advertiser or anyone else. The only thing a future partner would see is a visit that came from our link, if you click it. Details are on the privacy page.
